Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to plan, organize, and oversee the housekeeping department to uphold high quality guest care and comply with safety standards.

You will staff, schedule, train, and develop hourly team members, supervise hiring and discipline, and manage supplies and inventory while enforcing OSHA guidelines. The role also includes budgeting duties and collaboration with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team in hospitality.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.
• Budgeting experience in facilities operations.
• Ability to plan and organize staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the housekeeping department.
• Plan, organize, and direct team to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Supervise hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
