Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager for Courtyard Las Vegas to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive productivity. You will work closely with the General Manager and support front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering teams to maintain Paramount standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in hospitality, and the ability to balance inventory, cover shifts, and produce accurate reports. A proactive, service-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years progressive hotel experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/ AGM with managing F&B operations and supporting other hotel departments.
• Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk and guests.
• Provide shift coverage in F&B operations and balance room inventory as needed.
• Ensure all Front Desk and F&B areas meet Paramount standards (cleanliness, signage, etc.).
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and escalate issues; assist with Night Audit duties and reporting.
