Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient with Windows, approved spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with managing the F&B operation and other hotel departments.
• Provide strong lobby presence to assist front desk staff and guests.
• Oversee shift coverage in F&B operations.
• Balance hotel room type inventory.
• Ensure all Front Desk and F&B areas meet Paramount standards.
• Monitor and action upsell program.
• Handle guest requests and complaints during shifts.
• Perform Night Audit related functions and produce reports.
• Coach, train, and discipline hourly associates.
