Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Long hours may be required.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff; strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach housekeeping staff according to Highgate standards.
• Ensure training and SOP compliance across the department.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; manage vendor relationships.
• Balance payroll hours and assist with scheduling; participate in M.O.D. coverage.
