This role requires flexible scheduling and reliability. You will handle tasks such as changing sheets, restocking supplies, vacuuming, and promptly reporting damages or disturbances to supervisors.

• Able to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Provide excellent guest service and be approachable to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances.
