Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway, NH, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality and seamless hotel operations. You will lead front desk activities, supervise a motivated team, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards while driving cost controls.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a brand hotel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a brand hotel (1–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, guest service, room availability, and cost controls.
• Lead and motivate team members; coach, train, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain seamless operations.
