Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Caldwell dual-branded Marriott property. You will help lead daily operations across housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand alignment.

The role focuses on team development, collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive revenue and profitability, and foster a culture of integrity and teamwork,

Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. • Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture

• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations

• Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls
• Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts

• Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes
• Motivate and retain team members through recognition and development
• Manage employee relations with fairness and a solution-focused mindset
• Respond to guest and employee feedback with professionalism and care

• Work unit producing shifts based on business needs
• Perform other duties and projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
• Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
• Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Experience with brand systems preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
