Resolute Road Hospitality’s dual-branded TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Caldwell seek a Maintenance Manager to lead all building maintenance, safety, and compliance programs. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate external vendors, and ensure operations meet brand standards and guest expectations.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC, electrical, and plumbing expertise, strong leadership, budget awareness, and a proactive approach to preventive care.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing knowledge and relevant technical skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and interpreting building codes.
• Ability to lead and mentor a maintenance team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for hotel systems.
• Complete and document work orders promptly and accurately.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to inspect building and surrounding areas.
