Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and at least three years of managerial hospitality experience, with superb communication, guest focus, and organizational skills to lead a hotel team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in hospitality

• Proven record of experience managing a team in hospitality
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field

Responsibilities

• Facilitates HR-related hotel functions including HR administration, turnover control, staff motivation, and employee development
• Create the yearly hotel budget with GM and department heads and monitor performance to stay profitable
• Analyze department performance, report issues, and recommend profitability improvements
• Support the GM in daily hotel operations to ensure guest service standards are met
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations
