Qualifications

• Three years of managerial experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates management of HR functions such as HR administration, turnover control, staff motivation, and development.
• Assist general manager in day-to-day hotel operations while maintaining guest service standards.
• Propose adjustments to increase profitability by assessing department performance and issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal rules and corporate policies.
• Create yearly hotel budget with GM and department heads and monitor performance to stay profitable.
