Performance Hospitality Management seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to strengthen consistency, accountability, and performance across its hotels. You will partner with GMs and department leaders to drive audits, training, and data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes labor analysis, reporting, and follow-through to sustain results across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in multiple hotel operating departments.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, labor management, SOP implementation, training, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.
• Ability to hold leaders accountable while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with PMS, POS, payroll, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to travel regularly among the properties.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct operational audits and monitor SOP compliance and service standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address findings and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operating tools, and training plans.
• Track training completion and verify application in daily operations.
• Review reports and KPIs; maintain dashboards and action trackers.
• Analyze schedules, overtime, productivity, and labor against budgets and volume.
• Monitor key processes across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Engineering.
• Support brand, ownership, safety, quality assurance audits.
• Identify recurring problems and implement practical solutions.
• Keep leadership informed of progress, overdue actions, and escalations.
