Cambria Fort Worth in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily hotel functions and ensure guest satisfaction. As the second in command, you will collaborate with department heads to implement policies, supervise front- and back-of-house teams, and represent the leadership in interactions with guests.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hotel management and at least four years of management experience in hospitality, plus fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field is required.
• At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluency in English required.
• Familiarity with OSHA and local health regulations.

Mansioni

• Interview and hire new employees.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints.
• Assign duties to department heads and monitor performance.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Step in as General Manager in the GM’s absence.
