Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED (CPO certification desirable) and 2+ years of maintenance experience. The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs within a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification is desired or obtainable.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred, with attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly during shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and perform preventative maintenance under guidance of Chief Engineer.
• Assist guests with requests in a friendly, responsive manner while upholding service standards.
• Identify maintenance needs and propose service solutions in collaboration with managers.
• Follow SOPs and work as part of the engineering team to support hotel operations.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with regulations.
