The role involves assisting in maintenance, repairs, and preventative care of hotel property and equipment while upholding high standards of guest service. Responsibilities include learning preventive maintenance, performing repairs, and following SOPs. The role requires physical ability and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets under supervision of Chief Engineer.
• Assist guests with maintenance requests and standard room repairs.
• Identify maintenance needs and propose service solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures of the engineering department.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Plan and prioritize work and participate in required meetings.
