B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Associate to assist in engineering operations for its hotel properties. You will support maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative activities under the Chief Engineer while upholding guest service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of maintenance experience, with CPO certification desirable. This on-site position offers opportunities across the hospitality portfolio and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO and appliance repair certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property needs.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repairs of hotel property and equipment.
• Support guest service requests with a friendly, high level of service.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and collaborate with the Chief Engineer.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies, maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
