Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations across multiple hotel properties. This role focuses on maintenance, preventive care, and asset protection to ensure guest satisfaction and property safety.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Certification in CPO and appliance repair is preferred or can be obtained on property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPO certification and appliance repair certification desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred; detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property assets and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests with high level of service.
• Identify concerns and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Follow SOPs and work with Chief Engineer.
