B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineering Operations assistant to support maintenance, repairs, and asset protection for hotel properties.

You will work with the Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance and capital expenditures while ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with guest requests, SOPs, and safe, collaborative problem solving. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be available at least one day on the weekend, AM or PM.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in maintenance of hotel assets and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with guest room repairs and common area maintenance.
• Identify issues and propose maintenance solutions to supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures and learn from Chief Engineer.
• Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and support other departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
