B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Engineer at our Sterling, VA area hotels.

The role supports engineering operations, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and asset protection to ensure guest satisfaction. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required; AM/PM shifts may be available. Minimum 2+ years maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, and certifications such as CPO or appliance repair are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of hotel property and assets with the Chief Engineer.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures, maintaining clean and safe work areas.
