McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Hotel General Maintenance Technician to support the Chief Engineer and ensure smooth operation across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic construction trades while upholding safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager and Chief Engineer, you will work independently, communicate clearly with supervisors, and participate in a collaborative team focused on protecting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar facility.
• Ability to communicate operational activities, priorities, and issues with management engineers and supervisors.
• Knowledge of common causes of equipment malfunction; basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs to hotel systems.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and related facilities.
• Use standard hand tools safely and store them properly.
• Collaborate with engineers and staff to minimize guest disruption.
