You will work with the management team to meet company expectations and respond to guest needs promptly. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and efficient coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Use basic math for measurements and unit conversions.
• Apply good judgment in daily maintenance tasks.
• Resolve guest issues per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Performs out of room cleaning to keep premises pristine.
• Completes repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Conducts preventative maintenance inspections as outlined.
• Maintains organized maintenance areas and tool inventories.
• Follow safety policies and local regulations.
• Assists with emergencies at the property or sister locations.
