Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest/associate experience.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and follows Green Shield Binder procedures.
• Maintains organized maintenance areas and tool inventory daily.
• Responds to guest requests and emergencies when needed.
