Job summary

You will perform cleaning, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs, while maintaining organized workspaces and coordinating with management during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Willingness to perform maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a 100% commitment to guest/associate experience and standards.
• Works with minimal supervision while performing duties to satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through per guidelines.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning to keep premises pristine (trash, floors, exterior areas).
• Performs repairs listed on work orders in timely, professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follows daily Green Shield Schedule and uses SOPs to complete tasks.
• Maintains organized maintenance areas and inventories tools daily.
• Keeps boiler, electric, HVAC, fire-safety rooms clean and compliant.
• Ensures fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
• Complies with ESA safety policies and ADA/OSHA standards.
• May maintain pool/spa per ESA policies and local ordinance.
• Assists with property emergencies and coordinates with management.
