Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Dual Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment. The role requires attention to health and safety guidelines and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexible scheduling as needed.

The technician will be involved in preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and reporting to the management team on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to recognize, report, and correct hazards (safety hazards, etc.).
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete reports during each shift for management.
