Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment. The role requires thoroughness, teamwork or independence, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Flex scheduling may be required. You will work with the Chief Engineer and management to complete technical projects, prepare shift reports, and support guest service with reliable maintenance across hotel facilities.

• Responsible for knowing Hotel emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance.
• Complete painting, roof repairs, and exterior projects as needed.
• Repair pool and exercise room equipment when required.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
