Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of hotel systems and equipment. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety guidelines to keep buildings in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment to keep buildings and common areas in good condition.
• Observe health and safety guidelines and document shifts with reports for management.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and Management to complete technical and skilled projects.
• Assist in exterior maintenance during weather events and routine upkeep of facilities.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and monitor stock levels of consumables.
