Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas in our hotels. The role supports a family-oriented culture and offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and generous PTO.

Two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience and knowledge of door lock systems are preferred. Certification requirements per federal/state/local rules may apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotels, working in maintenance or related fields preferred.
• Prior knowledge and usage of door lock systems and related tools.
• Experience with brand standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs requiring professional expertise.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer specifications.
• Attend monthly all-employee meetings and trainings.
