Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage the general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas. The role supports a family-oriented hotel culture while ensuring safety and upkeep of all hotel spaces.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with door lock systems and construction tools.
• Experience repairing hotel equipment (laundry, kitchen, HVAC, etc).
• Experience with Quore or similar hotel maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Conduct daily property tours and safety inspections.
