Job summary

Raines Co. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and public areas.

You will work with the Chief Engineer, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks to manufacturer specs, maintain safety standards, and support life-safety inspections. The role offers benefits and opportunities within a growing hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with door lock systems and hotel equipment.
• Experience with maintenance applications like Quore or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, back of house and public areas.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs requiring professional expertise.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with life-safety inspections as required.
• Support Preventative Maintenance programs and guestroom maintenance requests.
