Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. The role supports a family-oriented culture with benefits like medical/dental/vision, 401K, and generous PTO.

Two years of hotel-related maintenance experience and knowledge of door lock systems, hotel equipment, and Quore are preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with pre-employment background checks.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotels, working in construction or maintenance.
• Experience with door lock systems and hotel maintenance tools.
• Experience with laundry room, kitchen equipment and hotel equipment repair.
• Experience with Quore or other hotel maintenance applications.
• Experience with brand standards is a plus.
• Current certifications as required by Federal, State or Local governing agents (HVAC, Pool Operation, etc).
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces.
• Repair air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized.
• Respond to guestroom maintenance requests promptly.
• Participate in life-safety inspections and fire drills.
• Follow the Preventive Maintenance program.
