Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in hotels, construction, or general maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge and usage of door lock systems and construction tools/equipment.
• Laundry/kitchen/hotel equipment repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment across hotel areas; coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical fixtures to manufacturer specs.
• Maintain and clean work areas; manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Respond to safety issues and participate in life-safety inspections.
