The role requires diagnosing issues, performing routine repairs, and assisting with new installations while keeping clear records and providing excellent guest-facing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
