Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Lafayette property in top condition. You’ll perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems, and you’ll help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

With strong maintenance knowledge and English communication, you will maintain records, train teammates, and support a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth operation of hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Keep detailed records; provide training to junior team members; assist in recruitment and guest-service excellence.
