Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep the Arlington property in top working order. Responsibilities include performing repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC, plus light carpentry and painting.

You will maintain records, assist with training Maintenance Tech I, and collaborate with management on staffing needs. A positive, proactive attitude helps ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or building maintenance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform light carpentry, painting, drywall repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
