Residence Inn Denver Park Meadows is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building, guest room, and equipment upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs and preventative maintenance. You will maintain records and follow safety procedures to uphold high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and appliance repair certification is desired.
• Ability to obtain certification based on property needs.
• Some maintenance experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building, guest rooms, and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other departments to complete work orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain records in the work order system.
