Drury Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep our Birmingham property in top condition and guest-ready. You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and equipment, ensuring safe, well-maintained environments for guests and staff.

Formación

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across hotel systems.
• Ability to dismantle equipment to repair or replace components and restore functionality.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and pool mechanics.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs for safe, well-maintained facilities.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance including minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Ability to read and follow English directions and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and perform repairs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe, smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, HVAC.
• Create and monitor safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed records and reports on maintenance activities.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Support recruitment for department needs with management.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through courteous, professional service.
