Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to service and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our hotel properties. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repairs, and maintain pools, grounds, and the building exterior to preserve curb appeal.

Applicants should have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry, and safety procedures, plus the ability to communicate in English and work in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and follow procedures.
• English communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis (e.g., room care).
• Maintains pool, grounds, and building exterior for curb appeal.
• Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Assists other engineering staff and performs related duties as needed.
