Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our full-service hotel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience for air-conditioning systems, and a commitment to excellent guest service.

This role covers diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and responding to maintenance requests throughout the property including guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and mechanical spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on experience maintaining HVAC systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and safely complete repairs.
• Excellent guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and heating equipment.
• Repair plumbing and other hotel mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests across guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
