Island Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team, while following health and safety guidelines.

The position may require flexible scheduling and on-site work at the hotel in Utah. Candidates should be prepared for broad maintenance duties and emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong initiative and teamwork.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace and solve them.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and flooring tasks.
• Paint, roof repairs, and exterior projects as needed.
• Repair pool and exercise room equipment when required.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare shift reports for management.
