The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work both independently and in a team while adhering to health and safety standards. The position involves preventative maintenance, housekeeping support, and timely reporting to the management team.

• Responsible for knowing Hotel emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment.
• Work on a team or alone and observe health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare reports during each shift for the management team.
• Support maintenance of hotel exterior and common areas and participate in preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with weather-related maintenance duties (snow/ice) when required.
