Job summary

Extended Stay America in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping guest rooms and property in excellent repair and ensuring all equipment functions according to company standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, complete work orders promptly, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the hotel. This role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and to follow the Green Shield Binder procedures.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Use basic units of measure in calculations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues per policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and common areas per standards.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Follow Green Shield Binder schedules and SOPs.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and tool inventory.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspected.
