Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that guest rooms and all property systems are in good repair and that the hotel remains clean and safe for guests and associates.

You will perform repairs noted on work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, assist with routine cleaning per Green Shield Binder, and respond promptly to guest requests while following company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Familiarity with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs listed on work orders promptly and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as required.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through in line with guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance area and tools inventory.
