Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Able to read and write in English; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive maintenance scheduling daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain filing systems for inspections, MSDS, and work orders.
• Support safety protocols in NC OSHA compliance.
• Schedule contractors and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist with inventory control and budget tracking.
