Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedule daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Maintain inspection filing systems (city, state, federal) and compliant actions.
• Maintain an emergency action plan and safety protocols per NC OSHA.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors and track work orders.
