Job summary

Greens Inv 12 LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician with basic HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing training to support hotel operations. You will oversee maintenance of the building, grounds, and physical plant, ensuring safety and asset protection.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience, a High School diploma, flexible schedule, and strong teamwork. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior facilities.

Qualifications

Maintenance knowledge of HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing.
Experience with preventive maintenance and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Oversees all Engineering/Maintenance operations, maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant, with safety and asset protection in focus.
Accountable for the maintenance budget, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation for the hotel.
Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper completion of all duties and projects assigned to you.
Maintain maintenance activities of the hotel's facilities including guestrooms, public areas, back of house, and laundry operations.
Ensure exterior appearance of the property and maintenance of parking lots, walkways, landscaping, and service areas.
