Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineer to help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and building maintenance exposure, and must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-focused service environments.
• Hands-on maintenance across building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities ensuring safety and functionality of guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Respond quickly to service requests and work orders.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
