Job summary

Hilton seeks an Engineer to help maintain the hotel’s safety, functionality, and guest comfort. You will contribute to delivering memorable experiences by keeping facilities in top condition and responding promptly to guest and team member requests.

In this role, you’ll perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, plus conduct preventive inspections and document activities for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: ensure safety, functionality, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond to service requests: quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues for follow‑up.
