Job summary

Extended Stay America in Pensacola is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that all property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are kept in pristine condition. You will complete tasks per the Green Shield Binder and directions from the management team to uphold company standards.

You will perform repairs listed on work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and maintain organized tool and equipment areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and guest rooms in good repair.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
• Follow Green Shield workflow and safety procedures.
• Assist with guest requests and maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate with management and outside vendors as needed.
