Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA seeks a General Maintenance technician to support engineering operations, perform property and equipment upkeep, and assist with preventive maintenance and safety tasks.

You will work with the Chief Engineer, respond to guest requests professionally, and help uphold the hotel's standards while protecting assets and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Base pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience in maintenance or appliance repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of hotel property, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist and respond to guest requests with high-quality service.
• Follow preventive maintenance procedures and SOPs with the Chief Engineer.
• Work as part of the engineering team to maintain asset protection and safety.
