B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a General Maintenance professional for Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA.

You will assist engineering operations, perform maintenance and repairs, and protect hotel assets while upholding high standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, guest service, safety compliance and collaboration with department leaders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certification desired or ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred; detail-oriented, customer-focused in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: assist with preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and capital expenditures.
• Guest service: respond to guest requests with friendly, high-level service.
• Identify maintenance concerns and provide solutions in collaboration with managers.
• Follow SOPs and learn to execute engineering procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and complete duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and use PPE as required.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work per Chief Engineer and attendance policies.
