This General Maintenance role supports engineering operations, performs preventive maintenance, and handles property and equipment repairs to uphold guest satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred. Certification such as CPO is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. CPO, and appliance repair certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engineering: maintain property assets, assist Chief Engineer with preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Guest service: respond to guest requests and maintain high service standards.
• Identify maintenance solutions and collaborate with managers to implement them.
• Follow SOPs and collaborate across departments to support hotel operations.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area; follow incident procedures.
• Self management: plan and prioritize duties, attend required meetings.
